摘要

To benefit from opportunities and cope with stress in the environment, animals must adapt their behavior to avoid danger and to maximize rewards. We are focusing on dissecting the neural circuits underlying stress and reward. Specifically, we found that corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) neurons in paraventricular nucleus (PVN) organize adaptive stress response by complementarily integrating reward and stress signals. Also, we found that PVN and CeA CRH neurons are the command center of brain–spleen pathway in mice, through which behaviour can modulate adaptive immune responses. Together, these knowledges may provide guidance for developing novel treatment strategies for neuropsychiatric diseases, such as depression and anxiety.

胡霽，上海科技大學研究員/博士生導師，助理院長，獲國家級人才稱號。目前擔任中國神經科學會應激神經生物學分會副主任委員🤓，中國神經科學會認知神經生物學分會副主任委員🧘🏽‍♂️。獲得自然科學基金面上項目🤙🏽，自然科學基金優秀青年項目，自然科學基金重大研究計劃，自然科學基金重大項目，科技部973計劃支持。研究成果以通訊作者在Nature, Neuron🤶🏿👨🏿‍💼，Current Biology🌥，Science Advances等國際學術期刊發表系列論文。獲得重慶市科技進步一等獎，中科院教學成果二等獎，上海市教學成果特等獎。
